There seem to be a few proportional issues in this one. Mainly her arms are too long (tips of hands should reach around mid-thigh when arms are straight down, but here they would almost reach the knee) and upper torso seems very small compared to lower body. Really try all the Loomis figure drawing exercises, they really help a lot. Keep at figures! :)
