Joseph Sapulich

Okay, since the beginning of this year I’ve been pretty down about my work. I didn’t stop drawing and tried to keep a positive attitude, but I was having a lot of trouble with my values and painting. I was searching around for some books on John Singer Sargent, and by chance I noticed a review by Joseph Sapulich.

Joseph Sapulich is a senior art director, he’s worked on Toy Story 3, Shrek, Avatar, How to Train Your Dragon and The Last Airbender! I feel so humbled by him and his work! He keeps a blog here - http://josephsapulich.blogspot.com

I decided to contact Joseph and ask him for help. I think that has been one of the best decisions I’ve made to date. For the past month he’s helped me INCREDIBLY with my drawing, so much so that I can barely look at my old stuff now.

When I have time I’ll put together the summarised notes and critiques he made on my work and post them up if anyone’s interested?
